All communities in the Ecumenical Catholic Communion are democratically governed and led collaboratively by lay and ordained leaders, with a pastor as consultant and Community Council as the decision-making body.
Currently, Rev. Trish Sullivan Vanni, Ph.D is serving as our Pastoral Director. She brings 20 years of Catholic ministry leadership experience to her role and is a priest in the Ecumenical Catholic Communion.
Trish has consulted to parishes, dioceses and ministry professional associations in the areas of formation, vision casting and mission development. An accomplished writer, she has written multiple books and magazine articles.
Trish received a Master of Divinity degree at St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN and an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in ecclesiology, liturgy and organizational leadership theory at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA. She lives in Eden Prairie, MN with her sculptor husband Peter with whom she has three remarkable young adult children, two old but adorable cats, and a needy (if irresistible) rescue dog.
